I’m absolutely delighted (and still a bit shocked!) to share that I was named Fitness Professional of the Year at the EVOKE Wellness Awards 2025 in Dublin.

This award means so much to me because it reflects what Pepper Hustle has always been about: making fitness, nutrition, and wellness accessible for busy women – in a way that fits real life, not perfection.

But truly, this isn’t just “my” award. It belongs to every woman in this community who has shown up for herself – whether that’s a 10-minute workout, a better breakfast, a post-meal walk, or simply choosing to start again.
