DUMBBELLS:  1 x Light 1 x Medium | Heavy Set

 

LIGHT | MEDIUM RESISTANCE BAND

 

 

  • BEGINNERS: I would suggest either 1kg/2.2lbs or 2kg/4.4lbs  dumbbells for upper body and either 4kg/8.8lbs  or 5kg/10.10lbs for lower body.
      • This will get you started and once you get stronger you can expand your collection as they’ll always go to good use.
