1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Pepper Hustle Method website, mobile application, or services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Pepper Hustle Method provides online fitness and wellness services including:

• Monthly membership subscriptions with access to workout videos, meal plans, and wellness content
• Periodic fitness challenges
• Community access via private Facebook groups
• Nutritional guidance and meal planning resources
• Mindset and wellness coaching content

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

3.1 Subscription

• The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription.
• You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
• At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
• Access begins immediately upon successful payment
• No refunds for partial months

• You will be billed for  the subscription payment after the 7 day free trial.

• Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of the billing period, unless cancelled.

• You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time by visiting your account www.pepperhustleondemand.com/account

   

3.2 Free Trial

• Free trials are for new customers and can only be redeemed once.
• After your free trial ends, the subscription will begin and auto renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
• Free trials are not available on the yearly or challenge only purchase options
   

3.3 Cancellation

• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Members may cancel at any time through their account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a subscription term.
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• RECURRING BILLING & TRIALS
  All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You need to manage your subscription on the platform where you signed up.

3.4 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension

4.1 Challenge Access

• Challenges are available to active members and challenge-only purchasers
• Challenge content is released according to the published schedule
• No refunds for challenges once content begins releasing
• Challenge-only purchasers receive access for the duration of the specific challenge only
• 
  

  After this duration the content is no longer available for access.

  No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a challenge access purchase.

   

4.2 Challenge Participation

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating
• Modifications may be suggested but are not mandatory

5. HEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMERS

5.1 Medical Consultation

IMPORTANT: Before beginning any fitness programme, you should consult with your physician or healthcare provider. This is particularly important if you:

• Have any medical conditions or injuries
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Are taking medication
• Have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other cardiovascular conditions
• Have not exercised regularly in the past six months

5.2 Assumption of Risk

• Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You participate in all activities at your own risk
• Pepper Hustle Method is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects
• You assume full responsibility for your safety during workouts
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

5.3 No Medical Advice

• Our content is for educational and motivational purposes only
• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Our trainers and coaches are not medical professionals
• Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns

6. NUTRITIONAL DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Nutritional Guidance

• Meal plans and nutritional content are general suggestions only
• We are not registered dietitians or nutritionists unless specifically stated
• Nutritional needs vary greatly between individuals
• Consult a qualified nutritionist or dietitian for personalised advice

6.2 Dietary Restrictions

• You are responsible for checking all ingredients for allergens
• We cannot guarantee our meal plans are suitable for specific dietary requirements
• Modify recipes as needed for your dietary restrictions and preferences
• Seek professional advice for serious dietary concerns or medical conditions

6.3 Results Disclaimer

• Individual results may vary significantly
• We make no guarantees about weight loss, fitness improvements, or health outcomes
• Success depends on many factors including consistency, genetics, and individual circumstances

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Our Content

• All content including videos, text, images, meal plans, challenges and programmes is owned by Pepper Hustle Method
• Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission

7.2 Limited Licence

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use our content for personal use only
• This licence terminates when your membership ends
• You may not share login credentials or content with others

7.3 User-Generated Content

• By submitting content (photos, testimonials, comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content
• You represent that you own or have permission to submit such content
• We may use your submissions for marketing and promotional purposes
• You retain ownership of your original content

8. MEMBER CONDUCT POLICY

8.1 Acceptable Use

• Use our Service respectfully and lawfully
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of other members
• Follow community guidelines in Facebook groups and forums

8.2 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing login credentials or content with non-members
• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Spamming or commercial solicitation
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8.3 Enforcement

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• We may remove inappropriate content without notice
• Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund

9. FACEBOOK GROUP PARTICIPATION

19.1 Group Access

• Access to our private Facebook groups is included with active membership
• Group access is terminated when membership ends
• We reserve the right to remove members from groups for violations of group or platform rules

19.2 Facebook Group Conduct

• All members must comply with Facebook’s Community Standards and Terms of Service
• Members must follow the specific group rules posted within each Facebook group
• Group rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions
• Violation of group rules may result in removal from the group and/or termination of membership

19.3 User-Generated Content in Groups

• By posting in our Facebook groups, you grant us permission to use your posts, comments, photos, and videos for marketing and promotional purposes
• We may screenshot, share, or republish group content across our marketing channels
• You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a licence to use it
• If you prefer your content not be used for marketing, please message us directly rather than posting in the group

19.4 Group Moderation

• We moderate groups to maintain a positive, supportive environment
• Posts may be removed without notice if they violate group rules
• Repeated violations may result in removal from the group
• We are not responsible for content posted by other members

19.5 Privacy in Groups

• Respect other members’ privacy and confidentiality
• Do not share personal information about other members outside the group
• What’s shared in the group should stay in the group unless given explicit permission
• Screenshots or sharing of other members’ posts outside the group is prohibited

19.6 Third-Party Platform

• Facebook groups are hosted on Facebook’s platform, subject to their terms and policies
• We are not responsible for Facebook’s platform availability, changes, or policies
• Facebook may change their policies or remove groups without our control
• Alternative communication methods may be provided if Facebook access is unavailable

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

10.1 Service Provision

• We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10.2 Technical Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring compatible devices and internet connection
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Technical support is provided on a best-efforts basis

11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

• Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination

15.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate or suspend service with 30 days’ notice for business reasons
• Upon termination, your access to content and services ends immediately

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice
• Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your membership

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pepper Hustle Method.
