STRENGTH x PILATES CLASS 8

This class focuses on deep core emphasis.

 

Equipment Needed:

  • Mat + Light Dumbbells 1-3kg | 2.2-6.6lbs
  • Towel (rolled) or Yoga Block – To raise hips

ADVICE: You can make this class your own.  Modify if you need, remove weights if you need.  The movement patterns will still provide benefits if you remove the weights from any of these exercises if it feels more comfortable to do so.
