STRENGTH x PILATES CLASS 6

Equipment Needed:

  • Mat + Light Dumbbells 1-3kg | 2.2-6.6lbs
  • Towel (rolled) or Yoga Block – To raise hips

ADVICE: You can make this class your own. Β Modify if you need, remove weights if you need. Β The movement patterns will still provide benefits if you remove the weights from any of these exercises if it feels more comfortable to do so.
