When our skin feels soft, revitalised and rejuvenated it adds to your overall feeling of wellbeing. This quick and easy, soothing face mask will help you get ready for that big night out or prepare for an early night at home, in no time at all.

It’s time to say hello to the feel good facial.


  • Tbsp Ground Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Cold Milk
  • 2 Tsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Drop Lavender Oil

**Caffeine creates a tightening affect on the skin so it is important you use caffeinated coffee not decaf.


1. Add the Oats to a blender and blend until smooth and flour like

2. Add Milk to the blender and whizz

3. Let sit for 1 min

4. Next, add all the remaining ingredients and whizz until everything is combined and the texture is smooth.

5. If you want to make a looser face mask add tiny drop of milk at a time until your desired consistency is reached.

6. It is recommended the consistency remain a little thick for ease of application.

5. Add to an airtight jar, leave to firm up and store.

To make your leg scrub thicker add less oil, to make it thinner add more oil.



Starting with a freshly cleansed face, tie hair up or use a hair band to keep hair away from your face. Apply the face mask to forehead, cheeks, jawline and chin being careful to avoid the eyes and mouth. Use circular motions to massage the face as you apply. Leave on the skin for 15-20 minutes. It’s nice to have a relaxing bath whilst you wait. The mask will begin to harden which is normal. When you are ready to remove, using luke warm water apply circular motions to the skin to wash the face mask off. Moisturise as normal afterwards.
