Fulfil the Preparation Tasks and Goal Setting Worksheetย as this is the first step to success.ย  It is statistically proven that the more you align the more successful you will be.

 

  1. Take your before photos (you will regret it if you don’t), your measurements and fill in your goal sheet.
  2. Email your before photos and measurements to photos@pepperhustle.com
  3. Print your goal setting sheet and put it up somewhere that you will see it on a daily basis.
