These meals revolve around eating good food.  You can follow them or use them for inspiration.  It’s not about a diet or restriction, just good nutritious foods that have fiber and all the things your body needs.

 

Junk / Processed foods are to be avoided and alcohol removed completely for the 28 day program.

 

To increase protein in any of the meals feel free to add your protein source and protein powder is also allowed if you find it hard to eat your protein.
