Parmesan Crostini
These simple Parmesan crostinis are perfect for sharing and dipping platters. Also a brilliant garnish for soups.
Servings: 12 slices

Ingredients
- 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced
- 60 ml garlic-infused olive oil 4 tbsp
- 100 g Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with garlic-infused olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
