INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Ground Caffeinated* Coffee
  • 1 Cup Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 10 Drops Orange Oil

**Caffeine creates a tightening affect on the skin so it is important you use caffeinated coffee not decaf.

PROCEDURE

1. Add Ground Coffee, Palm Sugar and Cinnamon to ta bowl and mix

2. Melt Coconut Oil and add Orange Oil

3. Add Coconut/Orange Oil to your bowl

4. Mix all the ingredients together

5. Add to an airtight jar, leave to firm up and store.

To make your leg scrub thicker add less oil, to make it thinner add more oil.

HOW TO USE:

 

Apply your thighs and buttocks in a circular motion. Don’t be afraid to add a little pressure. You can leave the scrub on your skin for a few minutes before showering off. This can also be used on your arms or your tummy. It will leave you feeling smooth and invigorated. Don’t use additional scrubs/soaps in the shower on the areas that you have used your Orange Coffee Scrub.
