Ingredients: 1 tsp ground cumin; ½ tsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp ground coriander; 1 tsp dried oregano; 4 g coconut sugar (1 tsp); ½ lime (zested); 750 g pork spare ribs; 7.5 ml olive oil (½ tbsp); 2 clove garlic (crushed); 1 tbsp tomato puree; 4 g coconut sugar (1 tbsp); 15 ml red wine vinegar (1 tbsp); 2.5 g chipotle paste (½ tsp (or increase to 1 tsp if you like spicy)); 15 ml water (1 tbsp)
