This challenge is designed for busy women who want to stay active, energised, and balanced, even through the holiday chaos.
No crash diets. No extremes. Just movement, mindfulness, and momentum.

Duration: 21 Days
Time Commitment: 20–30 minutes per day
Goal: To build strength, boost energy, and feel confident before the holidays
Every day, you’ll complete:
🏋️♀️ A short, effective workout (strength, endurance, or conditioning)
🍴 Simple meal plan guidance to keep you fueled and balanced
🧘♀️ A 4-minute mindfulness moment to calm your mind and reset your energy
A pair of dumbbells (or any household substitute!)
A kettlebell for endurance and strength sessions
A mat or soft surface
And if you don’t have equipment — no problem! Use bean cans, water bottles, or milk jugs to add resistance.
This challenge is designed to work for every level and every lifestyle.
Each workout includes:
💥 Strength Focus – Build muscle tone and confidence
💫 Power & Conditioning Sculpt and strengthen your midsection with the introduction on kettlebell with dumbbells
🔥 Endurance – Boost stamina with cardio bursts of continual movement using light weights
🌙 Recovery & Mobility – Stretch, breathe, and reset
You’ll get variety, fun, and challenge with every move designed to keep you motivated and progressing.
This program is for all levels — whether you’re brand new or getting back into a routine.
✅ Take each exercise at your own pace.
✅ Use lighter weights or just bodyweight.
✅ Shorten rounds or rest as needed.
✅ Focus on form first — speed and intensity come later.
Remember: it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency.
Every time you show up, you’re building strength and confidence.
You’ll have access to easy, balanced meal guidance to keep you energised, no strict rules, just real food.
Protein: eggs, chicken, fish, tofu, or Greek yogurt
Carbs: oats, rice, sweet potatoes, or wholegrain wraps
Fats: avocado, nuts, olive oil
Veggies: as colourful and plentiful as possible
🥣 Breakfast: Protein oats with berries
🥗 Lunch: Chicken & quinoa bowl with roasted veggies
🍝 Dinner: Turkey chili or veggie stir fry
🍫 Snack: Greek yogurt with honey or a handful of almonds
Hydrate well and enjoy treats in moderation as this is about balance, not restriction.
Every day includes a short, guided 4-minute mindfulness moment.
You can do this before or after your workout or whenever you need to pause and breathe. The perfect start or end to your day.
