The closer you align with the challenge the better your results will be.  Every resource you need is made available as we want to ensure that you get from this exactly what you are looking for.

 

The Glow 21 Day Challenge is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.  This is your chance to head into summer feeling fabulous.  No more worrying about what you weigh or how you look. We will help you achieve success and self-love without starving yourself or spending hours on a boring treadmill.  We will give you all the tools necessary so that you too can glow from the inside out.  You will walk away from this challenge feeling stronger, more confident, healthier, happier.

 

Check your emails for your Glow confirmation letter.  We will be communicating with you via email throughout the challenge to help you stay focused and get the best results possible.  If you can’t find our emails check your spam folder and whitelist our email address to ensure you get the resources you need to successfully smash this challenge.

IMPORTANT DATES:

 

The challenge begins on Monday, June 6th 2022

 

 

Your first resources will be published on Friday, June 3rd which will give you time to review everything you need in order to hit the ground running successfully on Monday 6th June – this will cover days 1-7/week 1 of the challenge.  You will receive workout instructions, videos, meal plan options, recipes, shopping lists and access to the Glow 21 day journal.

 

 

Download, Complete and Sign Your Goal Setting Sheet:

Please ensure you complete and sign your GOAL SETTING WORKSHEET before Monday, June 6th – Access it here.

 

Take a photograph of your goal setting worksheet and post it in the Pepper Hustler’s Accountability Academy.  This will bring you a step closer to your goal and will help you to remain accountable to your goals throughout.  We are both doing this challenge and will be right there with you in the accountability academy.

 

Take Time To Really Dig Deep.  The more accountable you are throughout the better your results will be.

 

 

Your next resources will be published on Friday, June 10th  and these will include your second workout, videos, meal plans, recipes and shopping lists for days 8-14/week 2 of the challenge.

 

 

Your final set of resources will be published on Friday, June 17th these will include your third workout,  meals plans, recipes and shopping list for days 15-21/week 3 of the challenge.

 

 

You will be able to access your resources when you log in to Pepper Hustle On Demand and Click the “Glow – Resources” button.

HOW TO TRACK PROGRESS:

 

STEP 1:  Take Before Photos and email to photos@pepperhustle.com

Don’t be one of the many women who always regret not taking the before photo and waist measurement!

 

 

Your before photos will tell the true story that the scales simply can’t.  The days you need a lift, you will refer to these photos to get a visual on your progress.

 

 

The first checkpoint will be:  Have you taken your before photos?

 

STEP 2:  Before Monday, June 6th submit your before photo to photos@pepperhustle.com with your waist measurement in the body of the email.

 

 

Please note:  These photos will NEVER be used or distributed in any way without your consent.  Please use this as a safe, positive step to success.  Don’t ever be discouraged by this step because it is incredible just how accountable you become once you see these photos.

 

 

When you email them you will ensure they don’t get lost during the 21 days and it is an extra commitment to yourself.  You are setting the intention straight away that you are going to do this!

 

 

 

STEP 3:  Take your waist and hip measurement

 

 

Use a measuring tape to measure the smallest part of your waist and the widest part of your hips.

 

 

If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards.

 

 

Email your measurements along with your photo so they don’t go missing during the 21 days.
