As you move through this 12 module course, we want to help you find your flow.
In positive psychology, flow, also known as being in the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does.
At the end of each module, we’ve added a FIND YOUR FLOW exercise with suggested tasks/goals.
We understand that life is busy. The FIND YOUR FLOW exercises are not meant to add to your stresses or mental to-do list.
We want you to find your own flow with this course. The exercises have been designed to be a positive experience, with a minimal time commitment.
If you don’t have time to do the exercises, just do what you can or come back to it later.
