Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen mixed berries defrosted
  • ½ orange juiced
  • 30 ml maple syrup 2 tbsp
  • 20 g chia seed 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Add mixed berries and orange to a blender. Whizz up for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in maple syrup and chia seeds. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Let the ingredients rest for 1 minute. Then blend again for 20 seconds.
  • Transfer to a jam jar and pop into the fridge to set.

Notes

  • Store Chia jam in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Suggested way to consume:
    • on your morning toast or a bagel
    • pancake topper
    • on your porridge
    • in overnight oats
    • in smoothies
    • with yogurt and granola
    • on chia seed pudding
