Easy Chia Seed Jam
Easy chia seed jam – 4 ingredients and ready in 5 minutes. Doesn't get much easier than that!
Servings: 20 portions
Calories: 18kcal
Ingredients
- 250 g frozen mixed berries defrosted
- ½ orange juiced
- 30 ml maple syrup 2 tbsp
- 20 g chia seed 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Add mixed berries and orange to a blender. Whizz up for 30 seconds.
- Pour in maple syrup and chia seeds. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Let the ingredients rest for 1 minute. Then blend again for 20 seconds.
- Transfer to a jam jar and pop into the fridge to set.
Notes
- Store Chia jam in the fridge for up to one week.
- Suggested way to consume:
- on your morning toast or a bagel
- pancake topper
- on your porridge
- in overnight oats
- in smoothies
- with yogurt and granola
- on chia seed pudding
