❓ Quick FAQ

Do I need special apps?
No. Casting works through AirPlay or your device’s built-in cast feature.

Why can’t I see my TV listed?
Your device and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network.

Can I mirror my screen instead of casting?
Yes — screen mirroring works, but casting usually gives smoother playback.

Will the video keep playing if my phone locks?
Casting = yes. Screen mirroring = no (keep screen awake).

⚠️ Having Trouble? Try This

If casting doesn’t work right away:

  • Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi

  • Restart your phone, TV, and router

  • Close other apps running in the background

  • Update your device software

  • Try the HDMI cable option if wireless casting fails
