Why Is It Important To Set Goals?
Setting goals will give you a clearly defined path and understanding as to what it is you are trying to achieve from the BACK ON TRACK 21 Day Challenge.
Your goals will give you direction and purpose, make it easier for you to focus, stay consistent and work smart every single day.
You signed up for this challenge for a reason.Β Keep that reason (your WHY) front and centre.Β Let this reason be your guide as you set your goals.Β And give this goal-setting task the time it deserves.Β If you don’t take the time to think about what you REALLY want to achieve, how can you achieve it?
When setting your goals, dig deep.Β Β Challenge yourself and really get down to the heart of what it is you want.Β Ask yourself the following questions:
- How do you want to feel on a day-to-day basis?
- Who do you want to be?
- What impact do you want to have on the people around you?
- What will make you feel in control?
- What is truly holding you back?
- What changes are necessary to start living the life you want to live?
This will be the difference between failure and success.Β And believe us – YOU are 100% capable of wild success.Β You can do this!
We have created the Back On Track Goal Setting Worksheet to help achieve success.Β It is a simple but effective tool.Β Use it, refer back to it as you move through the challenge and learn from it.Β Also, use the S.M.A.R.T. checklist to help ensure your goals are focused, realistic and achievable.
Print it off, take time to really think about what you want to achieve, sign it and commit to yourself that you are going to smash the goals you set.
