How do I join the ADORE YOUR CORE challenge?

We have 4 simple sign up options for you.  Pepper Hustle On Demand members get the ADORE YOUR CORE challenge as part of their membership.  Monthly membership costs €14.99, quarterly €13.33 or annual membership works out at €10.83 per month.  Each membership level comes with a 7-day FREE trial.  All memberships are cancelable anytime (including during the trial period) – no questions asked.

 

If you would rather not sign up for a membership – we do have a challenge only access.  This gives you access to all the ADORE YOUR CORE challenge materials for 60 days.

When should I start the ADORE YOUR CORE challenge?

Start anytime you want! The challenge is 21 days long. We’re kicking off September 26th.  All the ADORE YOUR CORE resources will be available from September 23rd and will be waiting for you in the Pepper Hustle On Demand platform whenever you’re ready to start.

Are the workouts beginner friendly?

100% yes!  We have a complete beginners section that allows you to slowly, consistently and confidently build your progress.  Our aim for you is to feel empowered and supported, not overwhelmed with challenging and difficult workouts that you can’t complete.  We will meet you exactly where you’re at, as you are and build from there!

Is there a meal plan to follow?

Absolutely! There are 3 to choose from:

  • Regular
  • Vegetarian
  • Low FODMAP

Pairing the ADORE YOUR CORE workouts with these meal plans will get you the best results. You can find the meal plans in the nutrition section of the ADORE YOUR CORE resources.

How do I get support during the ADORE YOUR CORE challenge?
