You can choose to do your own thing depending on what area you want to do, pick a particular area of the body, or indeed if you only have 10 minutes then you might choose to do a ‘Rapid’ workout over an ‘Express’ workout.
If you can’t decide there is always the option to follow ‘Workout Of The Week‘ which is the workout Lynne will be doing herself on that chosen week.Β So if you want to buddy up you can!

For optimal results it is recommended you choose your workout and do the same workout for 5 days out of 7.
When we run challenges we will all be doing the same programme, outwith the challenges you have freedom of choice depending on how you feel.
