When you sign up for the free trial you will not be charged for 7 days. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel at any point during the trial period, no questions asked. If you continue you will be charged the membership rate at the end of the trial.
Absolutely – once your trial begins you will have access to over 550 recipes, the meal planner, the timetabled classes, workout of the week, all the fitness sections such as beginner, weights, pilates etc.
