Why I Created Pepper Hustle

I’m Lynne Ward, an award-winning & Certified Fitness Expert & Sports Nutritionist. I started Pepper Hustle because I was frustrated – frustrated by the one-size-fits-all fitness advice that ignores the reality of women’s bodies, especially during midlife.

For too long, women have been told to “eat less and move more” without any acknowledgement of hormones, metabolism changes, or the unique challenges that come with perimenopause and menopause.

I knew there had to be a better way.

After over a decade as a certified fitness instructor and sports nutritionist – and after my own health journey with bowel disease in 2020 – I became passionate about creating programmes that work with your body, not against it.

Pepper Hustle isn’t just about workouts and meal plans. It’s about giving you the tools, support, and community you need to feel strong, confident, and energised in your body again.
