Parmesan Crostini

These simple Parmesan crostinis are perfect for sharing and dipping platters. Also a brilliant garnish for soups.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced
  • 60 ml garlic-infused olive oil 4 tbsp
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
  • Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with garlic-infused olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
